At The New York Public Library Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your literary-inspired fashion and accessories. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your apparel, totes, or accessories are in their original condition, unworn, and with all library-themed tags still attached.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
